Juliet Kasko is the Founder of Global CxO, a Singapore based Global Talent Search Boutique accelerating the growth of Emerging Technology companies.
Based on a decade of experience in Executive Recruitment, she is passionate about the topics of Career Transition, Startup culture and Talent - sharing her expertise as a speaker at international events. Juliet strongly believes that the right team and reputation are the biggest contributors to the success of any business.
After graduating from Executive Master in Change at INSEAD, she continues leading successful organizational and personal transformations through Coaching and Mentoring of Executives and Startup Founders. Juliet is also an alumni facilitator of the “Negotiate Your Career” elective for MBA graduates.
She is an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD and an advisor to a portfolio of companies through several VCs. Before starting her entrepreneurial journey in 2012, Juliet gained over a decade of experience working with Tier I MNCs in Global Key Accounts.

Giving Back
We are helping startup ecosystem in Singapore as volunteers for The Rudolf and Valeria Maag INSEAD Centre for Entrepreneurship by running PitchLab - a safe training space for entrepreneurs to present their fundraising pitches in front of the audience of entrepreneurs and investors to receive their due diligence, before pitching for real.
We go through their deck and business model, giving them an initial “kick” and publicity, connecting them to the potential partners. We also create an opportunity for the industry professionals to give back and help entrepreneurs share the expertise by fine-tuning their pitch.
Juliet Kasko is an Executive Coach with Coaching Collective, a collaborative group of INSEAD EMC executives and entrepreneurs who bring their skills and experience to support the Force for Good movement. The common thread in our community is a deep curiosity in how individuals and organisations face and navigate change.
The group has been created in the midst of pandemic in 2020 to support the school’s students and alumni.
