On behalf of our client - a leading venture capital firm founded in 2014, we seek a Chief of Staff (CoS) to join their office in Singapore. The firm invests in new technologies across various sectors, including online gaming, fintech, and sustainable real estate. The CoS will report directly to the owner of the tech holding and play a key role in growing the Singapore office. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief of Staff tto play a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency, and strategic planning, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

What will you be doing?
Partner with the owner to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring they propel the company towards its long-term vision.
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across the organization, streamlining operations and boosting productivity.
Lead venture 5-7 ventures at a time, fostering collaboration, clear communication, effective performance management and timely and high-quality delivery of milestones.
Act as a bridge between the owner and various teams, conveying objectives, expectations, and feedback.
Proactively tackle challenges and find innovative solutions to complex problems.
Cultivate strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Provide strategic counsel and support to the owner, enabling well-informed decisions leveraging data insights to guide decision-making, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Who You Are?
Fluent in French and English individual with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Top MBA & Big 4 Consulting: A stellar academic background (top MBA) and experience with a Big 4 consulting firm are essential.
Leadership & Impact: Proven success in a senior management role, preferably within tech, leading high-performing teams and driving results.
Strategic & Analytical: Expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
